JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of his wife.

At the very outset, It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Sessions Judge, vide order dated 04.01.2017 has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in judicial custody, in such view of the matter, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present application.
