Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No.155 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act, 2012, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

Perused the statement of allegation against the petitioner and supporting material disclosed in the F.I.R. and case diary, including the medical report and confessional statement of the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts without disclosing the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11303 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 mind of the Court, which may prejudice the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail. Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
