2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 02/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The name of the petitioners has come in the statement of the deceased to the informant, but the police has submitted final form exonerating the petitioners.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 19.12.2023 and they have clean antecedents.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedents, let the petitioners

No.14771 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 above named be released on bail after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 02/2020.
