09-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 21.
The petitioner, who claims to be legally wedded wife of respondent no. 4, has approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue appropriate writ directing the respondents, particularly; respondent no. 4 to make payment from the retiral dues to the petitioner, being his wife.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has also filed a maintenance case before the court below.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3002 of 2014 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 The Court is of the opinion that while exercising writ jurisdiction, it would be difficult for this Court to issue any favourable order in favour of the petitioner. If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
With above observation, the petition stands disposed of.
