1. During the course of hearing, the Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with

Patna High Court CWJC No.4115 of 2019(5) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 liberty to file an appropriate application before the Managing Director, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., for settlement of the dispute between the parties.

2. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate application, along with all relevant documents, before the Managing Director, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In turn, the Managing Director, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., shall consider the application and pass a reasoned and appropriate order thereon within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.

3. It is made clear that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing. It is further observed that, in accordance with the agreement between the parties, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Managing Director, he shall be at liberty to
