2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 447, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sword.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2023.

5. From the injury report, it appears that there is no injury caused by sword.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Muzaffarpur West in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022.
