JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51159 of 2016 for correcting certain typographical error in the order. It has been pointed out that in paragraph-3 instead of year 2014, 2004 has been typed. Similarly in the same paragraph in place of Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer should be typed and it has further been submitted that in paragraph-4, in place of exhibit-6 series, it should be typed as Annexure-C series. Accordingly the 3rd paragraph and 4th paragraph of the order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51159 of 2016 is modified to the extent mentioned above.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned in connection with Bettiah Town, Kalibag (O.P.) P.S. Case No. 446 of 2016.
