The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tr. No.2018/18 arising out of Complaint Case No.271 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Prevention of Witch Craft Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some altercation took place but the complainant made allegation against the petitioner that he pulled her cloths and made her naked but the learned Judicial Magistrate did not find prima facie case under Section 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and the case under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Prevention of Witch Craft Act is

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, District-Madhubani in connection with Tr. No.2018/18 arising out of Complaint Case No.271 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
