2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Rampur P. S. Case No. 340 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 308(3), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner gave knife blow on the hand of one Minajul Mustafa.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12204 of 2026(2) dt.09-04-2026 2/2 application and submitted that injury caused by this petitioner is grievous.
