The present application has initially been filed for modification of the order dated 19.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11146 of 2016, but now learned counsel for the petitioner has converted the same into an application for restoration of CWJC No. 11146 of 2016 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 19.11.2018.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let CWJC No. 11146 of 2016 be restored to its original file.
