JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the recovery of Rs.50,000/- counterfeit fake notes made from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 791 of 2016, arising out of A.T.S( Bihar) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 (G.R. No.332 of 2016), pending in the court of Additional Session Judge-IX, Patna, is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13009 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 Let a copy of this order be sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, with a direction to him to ensure the presence of the prosecution witnesses.
