Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and village politics. During investigation, no material has come against the petitioner. similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12094 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or

No.12031 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
