====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 816 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 401, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on suspicion police arrested two persons namely, Jitendra Kumar @ Kallu and Ankit Kumar Singh (petitioner). On search, one Mobile phone has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10750 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 816 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
