Petitioners are accused in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Submission is that due to local village politics, petitioners have falsely been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioners are in custody since 31.01.2017, having no criminal antecedent.
