This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Riga P.S. Case No. 88 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There are serious allegation against her of torture and demand of dowry.

Considering the aforesaid, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, is dismissed.

Considering her position in the matrimonial home, this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2 is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner no.2, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S.
