Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(a) For a direction to the respondents to ensure appropriate corrective action in the matter of irregularities committed by the Government official in the name of privileged persons, by which they allowed the private partiesd to capture the Government Land.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3574 of 2022 dt.11-03-2022 2/2 (B) For the direction to the respondent No. 2 to ensure the proper distribution of public land to eligible person in the District Sitamarhi.

(C) For a direction to the respondent no. 2 to immediately remove the illegal occupation of the private from the public Land.

(D) For the direction to set aside the order dated 20/01/2020 passed by the respondent no. 2 in homestead revision case No. 59/2018 whereby and whereunder order has been passed that the land related to Khata No. 266, Keshra No. 948, Area 17Din the village Govind Pitaujhia belongs to Laxmi Devi and she has possession over it with a further direction to correct the entry in the homestead allotment register to the effect that name of Laxmi Devi be recorded in place of Ram Sakal Paswan."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate/competent forum for redressal of his grievances as permissible in law.
