Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12597 of 2015 (3) dt.23-06-2015 It is pointed out that Cr. Misc. no. 12597/2015, Cr. Misc. no. 15207/2015 and Cr. Misc. no. 17236/2015 were taken together and common order dated 19.05.2015 was passed but in title page of order dated 19.05.2015 in place of Cr. Misc. no. 17236/2015 (Tejo Mandal vs. State of Bihar), it has advertently been typed as Cr. Misc. no. 17326/2015 (Pawan Biraji vs. State of Bihar). It is also pointed out that Cr. Misc. no. 17326/2015 relates to another case whereas two criminal miscellaneous cases relate to Sour Bazar (Patarghat) P.S. Case no. 493/2014.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, in order dated 19.05.2015 in place of Cr. Misc. no. 17326/2015 (Pawan Biraji vs. State of Bihar), it be read as Cr. Misc. no. 17236/2015 (Tejo Mandal vs. State of Bihar).

Accordingly, title page of order dated 19.05.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.

If the petitioner-Tejo Mandal surrenders before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat) P.S. Case no. 493/2014 within two weeks from today, he shall be released on bail subject to condition as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
