This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 370 of the Indian Penal Code, 23 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986.

Allegation against the petitioner is that along with others he was indulged in child labour. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.08.2016. The children have supported the allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
