The Petitioner seeks bail in Belhar P.S. Case No. 369 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30/38 of the Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act, 2016.

It has been submitted that total 10 litres of country made liquor and 3 bags of mahua weighing 15 Kg and one aluminum Dekchi was recovered from the house of Anil Marandi. The petitioner is wife of Anil Marandi.

It has further been submitted that husband of this petitioner Anil Marandi has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6019 of 2017 on 01.03.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S.
