Mr.Bharat Lal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 324, 307, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though as per FIR this petitioner is alleged to have given Farsa blow on the head of informant but the doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case and the police after investigation submitted charge sheet u/s 323, 325, 341, 379, 504/34 of the IPC. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12756 of 2022(4) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara) PS case No. 120/ 2019, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
