JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 16-03-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3179 of 2016 to the extent that, though, Cr. Misc. No. 3179 of 2016 was filed by two petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail and actually petitioner no. 2 Sahdev Sah was arrested but by inadvertence the application with regard petitioner no. 1 Dhananjay Sah was permitted to be withdrawn.

In the circumstances, let the order dated 20.01.2016 is modified to the extent that let in the order dated 20.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3179 of 2016 in paragraph no.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12024 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 1 in place of petitioner no. 1 Dhananjay Sah it should be read as petitioner no. 2 Sahdev Sah.

So far as petitioner no. 1 Dhananjay Sah is concerned, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
