2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that it is a case of consensual sex.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mahila P.S. Case
