Having regard to the fact that the petitioner complains violation of a standing order relating to transfer and such standing order is not statutory, this Court would not find any reason to interfere with the order of transfer of the petitioner, who is a member of Disciplined Central Reserved Police force (CRPF). Law in this regard is well settled that the guideline relating to transfers and its violation cannot be a ground for the High Court to interfere with the order of transfer. Reference in this connection may be usefully made to the judgment of this Court in
Patna High Court CWJC No.3769 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 the case of Man Singh v. the State of Bihar & ors., reported in 1982 PLJR 368.
That being so, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order of transfer. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
