JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, Madan Yadav, is alleged to have given spear blow on the chest of Bharat Yadav. Others allegedly committed assault. There is case and counter case.

The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11383 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 161 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court.
