The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No.09 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342,323,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 (1)(X) of Prevention of Atrocities of S.C./S.T.Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though they are named in the first information report but the entire prosecution story appears to be concocted, as no injury was ever inflicted on the person of the informant.

Let petitioners surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15448 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 order in the court below and thereafter the Court below shall verify from the records as to whether any member of the prosecution party has suffered any grievous injury and in case the member of the prosecution party has not suffered any grievous injury then the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No.09/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (V.N. Sinha, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
