The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his sister was married to Anil Paswan @ Titu Paswan about eight years ago but his sister got white patches that is why her husband started disliking her. The informant further alleged that on 05.11.2015 the brother of the informant got information that Anil Paswan @ Titu Paswan strangulated his sister to death. When the informant reached to his sister's Sasural he saw that Anil Paswan @ Titu Paswan and this petitioner were carrying the dead body. The informant's sister got two children.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11634 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at best Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code can be made out. The petitioner is not the family member of Anil Paswan @ Titu Paswan.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Mokama P.S.
