The complaint of the petitioner is that the Mukhiyas of the Gram Panchayats coming under Panchayat Samiti, Bhagwanpur Block in the District of Begusarai have misused their position in the matter of installation of solar light as well as in the matter of execution of various schemes. Mr. Alok Kumar Sinha, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that feeling aggrieved by misuse of public fund, the petitioner has moved in Public Interest.
Though learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner invites our attention to the representations enclosed with the writ petition but we are not satisfied that the information present on those representations are sufficient to hold any enquiry. In such circumstances and for the present we would only grant liberty to the petitioner to file a purposeful representation together with the supportive facts and figures and the relevant documents which would be supportive of the cause raised and it goes without saying that any such representation filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Begusarai, if reflects any misuse of public fund, the District Magistrate, Begusarai shall dispose the same in accordance with law but

With the observations above, we dispose of the writ petition.
