This is an application for initiation of a contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.4939 of 2018(3) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 proceeding against the opposite parties nos. 2 and 3 for willful and deliberate violation of the judicial order dated 04.02.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21904 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the opposite party no. 2 and 3 have been directed to act in accordance with law.

In our considered view, it cannot be said that the respondents have not taken any action, much less that their act is contumacious in any manner.

As such, the application is disposed of.
