ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
