The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 736 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No. 736 of 2021.
