The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, several co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3401 of 2020, Cr. Misc. No. 7806 of 2020, Cr. Misc. No. 13289 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 17530 of 2020,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17557 of 2020(4) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 which is evident from the Annexures 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the supplementary affidavit and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 26.11.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019.
