JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the State Government for grant of appropriate relief(s) under Section 48 of The Land Acquisition Act, 1894 with respect to the lands mentioned in paragraph 1 of the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that, if an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law and all endeavours shall be made to dispose of the same at an early date.
