The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault, abuse and criminal intimidation upon the informant due to which he sustained injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties have animus relation. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the injury report of the informant was not produced along with the case diary in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11969 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 the court below. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sobhana Swetanki, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
