The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is husband and it is submitted that vide order dated 12.10.2015, the case was referred to mediation centre. The mediator submitted its report which is at Flag 'A' and the case has been compromised. Learned counsel for the complainant further submits that he has got no knowledge about the compromise of the case between the husband and wife. He called his client, but nobody turned up.

No.9042 of 2015 (4) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Considering the report of the mediator, the case has been compromised and the assertion of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has been compromised, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in C.R.
