This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.234 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against these petitioners and the fact that they have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7826 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant them the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of 4weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
