The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.293 of 2016 registered under Section 272, 273.of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 36, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016..

The accusation is of recovery of 120 liters of toddy kept in the shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
