The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.407 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of using bamboo is against one Ramesh Prasad Sah and not against this petitioner. The injury report also substantiates the same.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the nature of allegations and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10680 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S.
