The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. relates to commission of robbery by unknown criminals. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of a co-accused. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.11.2016. However, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4099 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Add. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016.
