2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c) & 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the total recovery of 390.96 gm of brown sugar has been made from the courtyard of the house of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are in custody since 18.11.2025 and claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery of more than the commercial quantity of narcotic substance, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.

8. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial at the earliest.
