JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment is still pending before respondents and the respondents, in fact, having doubted with regard to the age of the petitioner, had directed him to appear before the Medical Board and the petitioner had already appeared before the Medical Board, this Court does not find any justifiable reason for the respondents not to take final decision in the matter of compassionate appointment of the petitioner.

2. That being so, this Court would direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.3950 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 on compassionate ground and take a final decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
