This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Hilsa P.S. Case No.570 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that family feud is the reason behind institution of several cases by the one side against the other. It has also been submitted that there is no allegation of assault against these petitioners, caused by fire arm.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner Nos.1 to 3, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.570 of 2015 (G.R. No.2339 of 2015), subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioners, abovenamed, shall present themselves before
