Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
Patna High Court CWJC No.3088 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 learned counsel for the State.

The issue which arises for consideration in the instant writ petition is petitioners' entitlement to the pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/-.

For disposal of Annexure-13 in terms of orders passed in respect of similar claims, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction.

Since the application has been made before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, and is to be considered by the District Magistrate in accordance with law, the limited grievance of the petitioners need not be kept pending.

The writ application is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura (Respondent No.4) to consider the petitioners' claim as contained in Annexure-13 and pass a reasoned and speaking order and paying dues, if found admissible, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
