The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2018. He further submits that petitioner is the husband. From the complaint filed by the victim, it appears that her grievance is against all the family members of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband is taking care of his wife and he is ready to take care as

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the victim, primarily grievance of ill treatment and attempt to out rage majesty has been levelled against the Devar of victim, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6, Jamui in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 with condition that the petitioner has to take care that in future informant shall not be meted with cruel treatment, the court below shall be at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioner in case of report of cruelty by the informant against this petitioner including cancellation of bail bond.
