Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that in several government institutions, the maximum age for appointment of Guest Associate Professor has been increased to 55 years and in that view, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before the authority concerned to at lest consider him for his entitlement, as a Guest Associate Professor, as and when, fresh advertisement is published.

3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6653 of 2021(3) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file his representation before respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, as and when such occasion arises.
