Since the application has been made before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, and is to be considered by the District Magistrate in accordance with law, the limited grievance of the petitioners is that the District Magistrate has not considered the same till date. Writ petition, therefore, need not be kept pending.

The writ application is disposed of with direction to The District Magistrate, Sheikhpura (Respondent No.4) to consider the petitioners' claim as contained in Annexure-12 and pass a reasoned and speaking order paying dues, if found admissible, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
