The issues and the claim raised by the erstwhile petitioner, who is dead now, are absurd, because the benefits of A.C.P. and 6th Pay Revision Committee recommendation came into effect many years after his superannuation on 31.01.1997. So far as treating the petitioner on the post of District Engineer from 14.09.1980 till his retirement is concerned, these are stale and dead claims, which are not required to be entertained or looked into.
