In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 01.12.2015 passed by the Collector, Purnea, in Supply Appeal Case No.45 of 2012, whereby and whereunder the Collector has rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file Revision before the Revisionist Authority.

In such view of the matter, this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3687 of 2016 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file Revision before the Revisionist Authority.
