2. The present application has been filed for a direction upon the respondent-authorities for releasing the attached property as petitioner was on regular bail and not absconder on the said date of attachment of his household property.

3. The house of the petitioner has been unlocked. The contention of the petitioner is that the goods which were taken away for executing the process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have not been returned to the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is given liberty to move the Court

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.420 of 2023(3) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 below for return of the properties and if the Court below finds merit in the application, the Court below will direct for return of the household goods of the petitioner which is alleged to have been seized by the police.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
