Case No. 246 of 2016 registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2016. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S.
