In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I) For issuance of an appropriate Writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to set aside the letters No. 6034 and 6035 dated 5/10/2015 through which the two roads namely T01 to Narhi and L030 to Barha which were under the Contracts of the petitioner were put into the lists of debarred one without giving him any prior notice before doing so which is the violation of natural justice.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24450 of 2018 dt.25-04-2023 2/2 II) For further issuance of an appropriate Writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to give the petitioner his full and final payments for the work which he has already done and also direction to the respondents for giving compensation for the damage which he has to suffer at the hands of them.

III) For further direction to the respondents to grant extension of time for doing remaining unfinished work which was stopped in the light of the order issued by the Respondent No. 5 on 4/4/2014.

IV) For granting any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. During pendency of the present petition on 24.01.2019 petitioner's name has been removed from the debarred list as is evident from Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.

4. In the light of this development, the present petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
